Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your 2-1-Fore membership and facility access.

How do I book a bay and access the facility?
Members book their sessions easily using the 2-1-Fore app (available on iOS and Google Play). Your phone becomes your key—the app will display an "unlock door" button available from 15 minutes before your reservation through 15 minutes after it ends.
What are the facility hours and when is it staffed?
Members have facility access from 5:00 AM to midnight daily. The clubhouse is staffed from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM for demos and lessons. Peak hours are weekdays 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and weekends 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. All other times (5:00 AM to midnight) are off-peak.
Can I bring guests or share my membership?
Yes! You can bring up to 3 guests per booking (they just need to sign our QR-code waiver). Spouses may share a membership, and players under 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Note that the general public can also join leagues, book private events, and take lessons without a membership.
What amenities are included?
Beyond our Golfzon NX simulators, members enjoy access to a coffee machine, lockers, a putting area, a soundproof coworking pod, speakers, cable TV, an ice machine, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks.
